Well this is the Forbidden City. Even if you can't really see it I assure you its out there somewhere. Although the weather in Beijing has been primarily agreeable since I arrived in August, there are stil days like this when you can't see 50 feet in front of your face. In fact, yesterday the pollution was so bad you could see it in the hallways of the IES building. If you stood on one side of the hall and looked toward the other end there was a distinct haze floating above our heads, in the classrooms, and even in the dorms.
